She probably didn’t tell her outright to kill herself but Monika would have had spent so much time watching the other dokis interact with the mc that she would know exactly what to say to send Sayori over the edge. If there’s a consolation to it, there’s a good ending to it (if you haven’t achieve it) where Sayori is alive and well and thanks you the player for everything and she says she loves you along with the other girls.
